The present General Conditions of Contracting are applicable to purchases made through the website www.mineralitum.com. The owner of the website reserves the right to modify them without prior notice, so the buyer must consult them each time he makes a purchase and accept them expressly before confirming his order. To do this, he will check the box provided for this purpose before completing the shopping process. The purchase process is explained in the document “How to buy” which can be accessed from the main menu, located at the top of the website.
Customers have the possibility of placing orders from the website www.mineralitum.com through the means enabled for this purpose by the owner of the website. After placing an order, the buyer will receive an email confirming the order, which is considered the contract between the parties.
The default language of our website is Spanish, but you can select the English language to browse and place your orders. If doubts arise in the texts translated into English, the buyer should consult the Spanish page or contact us for further clarification.
In case of discrepancy between the translation and the original, the original Spanish version will prevail.
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A full description of each product is given in the sheet, errors and omissions excepted. The photographs shown of each product are of the best possible quality and reliability. In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of the order. The amount paid will be returned as soon as possible, depending on the type of bank card, the method of payment or the conditions of each bank.
Prices of the products include VAT The price does not include the taxes related to customs and other applicable taxes, if they exist. Therefore, the buyer agrees to take care of them when required. If the buyer do not do so, the order will be considered as delivered.
Prices do not include shipping costs.
The owner of this website reserves the right to modify the prices of the products presented, at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders, except for manifest typographical error.
4. MEANS OF PAYMENT
Orders will be paid through PAYPAL and STRIPE payment gateways.

STRIPE allows the payment by bank card, even if you do not have a STRIPE account and without the need to create one, or by STRIPE account, if you have one. Each customer declares that he has full capacity to use credit cards and that they are his property and have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through www.mineralitum.com. The introduction of the bank details is made from the same web page by means of a payment form, although these are stored directly in Stripe and are not accessible to the owner of the web. This is possible thanks to the installation of an SSL certificate on the website.

DELIVERY TIME: The holder will deposit the order in the post office, at the most, in the following 48 working hours to its reception, except in case of force majeure, considering the schedule of the post offices. Once accepted the order in Post office and as it is indicated in its page Web, 93% of the orders will be given in a maximum of 72 working hours, (local orders 1 working day, provincial 2 working days, rest 3 working days), if the destination address is located in Spain. Deliveries to the rest of the European Union will take between 2 and 4 working days, depending on the destination.
DELIVERY: As it is a certified letter, the order will be delivered under signature to the recipient, or person authorized by the recipient, at the address provided during the shopping process, so it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that this information is correct and real. If the delivery cannot be made, a notice will be left in the postbox indicating the post office where it can be picked up at the established times, after delivery and signature of the notice, and where it will remain for fifteen days.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURNS
In accordance with the right of withdrawal from the contract, the period for returning the products without the need for justification is 14 calendar days from receipt by the customer or a third party indicated by the customer. The refund will be made without delay, no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the notification of withdrawal.The same means of payment made in the initial transaction will be used, unless the customer has arranged otherwise and provided that the means of payment does not incur any expense as a result of the refund. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided, depending on which condition is met first.
The customer must process the return by the same means as he received it and bear the costs that this implies without delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of the communication of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The products to be returned must be in perfect condition. Given the fragility of the products it will be necessary to ensure that the returned packages are properly protected and sealed, in their original packaging. Once the returned product has been received, its condition will be checked and, once it has been verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be made. The amount of refunds for returned products that are not received in perfect condition may be reduced based on the condition of the product.
If at the time of delivery of the shipping by the Post Office it is not in perfect condition, it must be stated in writing and you must contact us immediately at email@example.com, indicating the shipping code and providing photos of the packaging and the damaged product, so that we can claim to the Post Office.
You must contact us immediately if you detect a fault in the shipping (for example, shipping of a different piece from the one you bought) or if any of the requested pieces is missing.
Claims for product deterioration or shipping faults will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the shipment. In the event that a claim is made within this period, the customer will be reimbursed for the payment made, including shipping costs, once the condition of the returned product has been checked.

8. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
The order can be cancelled as long as it has not been sent, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
