Description
Chalcedony formed by Quartz microcrystals of extraordinary transparency and luster. The crystals, of prismatic habit, are very well outlined and are aligned next to each other on a surface of rounded forms. In the detail photos we can clearly appreciate the quality of the crystals. This specimen comes from the Canary Islands, Gran Canaria.
Chalcedony is a microcrystalline variety of Quartz.
