During their formation process, for various reasons, they are cracked from the center to the outside and filled by minerals, such as Calcite or Aragonite. These divisions are the <strong>septa<\/strong>, from which they take their name.<\/p>\n<p>Septaria are also known as <strong>Dragon Eggs<\/strong>, because of their shape and original design. In this case, the base color is <strong>beige<\/strong> and the filling of the septa is<strong> brown <\/strong>and<strong> yellow.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This specimen shows both the <strong>outer rounded<\/strong> shape and the<strong> inner crystallized <\/strong>one.
